Even More Pagination

I've enhanced the pagination code and added more improments. Mainly in terms of use, as it is now virtually identical to use as either get, pretty, or named style.

This one is probably the most interesting example:

    Hi Majna, Thanks for taking the time to comment. I have a couple of updates that I will make to the pagination code in the next couple of days (after being on holiday for a week or so now) and adding the possibility to use the second sanitize parameter is one of those updates.
